He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo E. Carter and Mae Turner Carter; his wife Lillian Kay Christensen; and his sister Leona Mae. He is survived by: his children, Bret (Debbie), Jeff (Georgene), Tom (Linda) and Malinda Carter (Ray S.); and his siblings, Elaine Thompson, Larry L. and Ray B. Carter. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 42 greatgrandchildren.
