He is survived by: his wife Deona Jackson; his children, Shane (Shalaine), Travis (JoAnn) and Shawnee Hoffmann (Ryan); his sister Di-Ann Riches (Bob); and his grandchildren, Nikkelle Judd (Dalan), Porter (Rachel), Ryder (Morgan), Kaitlyn Mitchell (Matthew), Kinyon (Victoria), Cheyenne, Ethan Hoffmann, Ben Hoffmann, Will Hoffmann and Mary. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
