She was predeceased by: her father George W. Eastman; her husband Lewis E. Forbes; her children, Rhonda and Vaughn; her daughter-in-law Marianne Forbes; her mother Sarah Lorinda Bryson Eastman (Bryson); her parents-in-law, Eldred T. and Nora Allen Forbes; and her siblings, Eula Eunice Eastman, Hattie Mae Eastman, Elwin George Eastman, John Edmund Eastman, Samuel Allen Eastman, Sarah Lorinda Eastman, Conray Bryson Eastman and Roy.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Forbes of Lewis Forbes, II, Tammra Forbes and Zachary Forbes (Elaine); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Staley (Jay). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
