He is survived by: his parents, John A. Lane and Cheryl A. Altman; his wife Eiko Lane; his children, Grace, Elli and Max; his siblings, Todd Lane (JoAnn), Toby Lane (Sherrie), Johnny Lane, Steve Lane (Katie) and Jimmy Lane (Julie); and his nieces and nephews, Britni, Emily (Christian), Jenny (Porter), Madison, Connor, Garret, Olivia, Berklee, Tad, Randy, Aubree, Marlee, Charlie, Sonya, Avery and Mikey. He is also survived by his children but his nieces and nephews.
