He is survived by: his wife Roberta Bailey; his children, Kelli Washburn (Peter) of Hunstville, Heidi Moss (Josh) of Ogden, Alisa Bailey of Riverdale, Ryan Bailey (Morgan) of Riverton, Kyle Musselman (Katrina) of Richfield and Jennalee Bailey; his grandchildren, Max Washburn, Jillian Washburn, Lewis Washburn, Miles Washburn, Miah Moss, Bailey Moss, Zoey Moss, Evan Bailey, Lilly Musselman and Cooper Musselman; his sisters, Tanya Lowry, Judy Skinner (Larry) and Debra Halls (Craig); and his mothers-in-law, Dora Gay Anderson and Merilyn Hugentobler.
