He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dalton Tracy; his children, Charley Max Tracy (Kim), Kelly Tracy, Melvin Chad Tracy (Crystal), Lucy Tracy and Chesley Jackson Tracy (Jacque); his siblings, Carol Tracy Brewer, Jerold Pat Tracy (Gail), Luanne Tracy Oldham and Kathy Tracy Anderson (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Jimmie Forrest (Carol), Monte Dalton (Deana), Georgia Rasmussen, Diana Dalton and Diane Tracy. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
