She is survived by: her spouse Navy; her children, Joyce Howe (David), Shauna Bunker and Robert Buchanan; her brother Sam Ware; and also, Glenna and Dona Janine. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
