He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mongreig and Carietta Epps Mongreig; his daughter Sherry Kaiser; and his sister Querida M. Coates. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lynn Carvey; and his children, Susan Brinskele (Michael) and Lindsy Tate (Cody). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
