He is survived by: his mother Zola Naomi Mitchell; his significant other Destiny Vigil of Monroe; his children, Kylee Taylor of Monroe, Blade Taylor of Monroe, Jesse (Kirsten Smith), Maryssa (Carl Smith) and Shawn (Kim Smith); and his siblings, Norene Jensen of Payson, Tina Jackman of Spanish Fork, Gerald Taylor of Pleasant Grove, Bret Jackman of Orem, Rodger Taylor of Hurricane and Pam Ekker of Salmon, Idaho. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
