He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Winter and Violet May Hardcastle Withers; his siblings, Wanda Withers, Baby Withers, LeRoy Withers (Marie), Mary Pedersen (Lawrence), Lawrence Dee Withers, Gerald Withers and Leah Corak; and his brother-in-law Val Olson.
He is survived by: his wife Caron Annette Pickett; his children, Jay Withers (Jamie), Leighann Withers Mullins, Jared Withers (Shelly), Amie Newby (Rand) and Monroe; his siblings, Iris Gray (Harold), Dot Olson, Ivan Withers (Marjorie), Charlie Withers (Shanon), Ephraim and Roger Withers (Joyce); and his siblings-in-law, Marilee Withers, MayDell Withers and John Corak. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild plus 2 bonus great-grandchildren.
