He was predeceased by: his parents, Ariel Sandberg and Mildred June Taylor; his daughter Sheryl Dorenbosch; his parents-in-law, Howard Smith and Josephine Price; and his siblings, Robert Taylor, Geraldine Berard and Ray Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Dave Jr., Faron (Rebecca), Jacob (Jasmin), Daniel (Zelpha), Corban, Hyrum (Helen), Rebecca, Timothy, Clayton, Michael (Trista) and Thomas (Mckayla); his son-in-law Neal Dorenbosch; and his sister Julie Talbot (Ardell). He is also survived by 12 children, 41 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, all attendees must wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
