He is survived by: his stepdaughter Crystal; his stepgranddaughter Danielle; his great grandchild Bradley Rillon Butler; his son Jason Lee; his stepdaughters, Amy Erickson (Jerri Moser) and Amanda Matheson (Cody); his granddaughter Danielle Butler (Curtis); his great grandchild Bradley Butler; his grandchildren, Brittany Ortberg (Zack), Chandee Johnson (Anthony) and Jordon Randolph; and his siblings, Tom Lee (Alice) and Kathy Chadwick (Neil). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
