He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eccles and Gladys Hibbard Eccles; his wife Cheryl Ann Wheeler; and his brothers, Lenard (Judy) and Micky Eccles.
He is survived by: his children, Hiedi Toomer (Kolten), Mary Cayetano (Julio), Denise Eccles, Richard Eccles (Leisa), Russell Eccles and Ryan Eccles (Kristi); and his sister-in-law Vicky Eccles. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
