He is survived by: his children, John Madsen, Shawna Christensen (Mark) and Bart Madsen (Heather); and his grandchildren, Joshua Madsen, Megan Madsen of Southwest Harbor, ME, Tyler Christensen, Saratoga Springs, Tiffany Lires (Allan), Jessica Agla (Tyson), Logan, Lance Christensen, Buddy Gardner (Jessica), Bowden Louder and Ian Louder.
