He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Molyneaux and Cleo Molyneaux (Simmons); his brother Steve Molyneaux; his parents-in-law, Bryce J Bunker and Margene Story; and his stepfathers-in-law, Keith B Belliston and Charles Story (Chuck).
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bunker; his children, Linzee-Jack, Cody (Lacy), Linzee Gadd (Brandon) and Jake (Brantlee); his grandchildren, Thomas Jack, Tessa, Jace, Nolan, Brielle, Boston, Dylan, Desirae, Deegan and Kasen; his siblings, Debbie Adams (Curt), Randy (Sarah), Rhonda Jarrett (Gordon), Scott (Melanie), Jill Loader (Greg) and Lesa Hyde; his siblings-in-law, Shane Bunker (Dianna), Michael Belliston (Tina) and Angie Postelnicu (Dan); and his stepmother-in-law Karen Belliston.
