He is survived by: his wife Celia C. Newell; his children, Tim Newell (Karen) of Nephi, Norman Todd Newell of Herriman, Kimmerle Newell Mason of Washington, Billy Woolslayer (Ann) of Nephi and Shane Woolslayer (Stephanie) of Mona; his brother Thomas M. Newell of Mona; his sister-in-law Marolyn Newell of Mona; and his former wife Kathleen Kimmerle Redd. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
