He is survived by: his wife Melinda Kay of Mona; his daughters, Connie Morgan (George) of Nephi, DeAnn Young (Kevin) of Mona, Kristy Mortezazadeh (Hamid) of Highland, RaNae Bryan (Shane) of Nephi and Melinda Bryan (Matt) of Nephi; his stepchildren, Jody Deats of Las Vegas, Scott Throckmorton of Mona, Trina Bradley of Bliss and James Throckmorton (Danny); and his siblings, Marilyn Park and Clark Kay (Nadine).
