Arehart (Nichole) and Monica Oldroyd (Nick); his sister Ginger Torres (Manuel) of Moab; his brother-in-law Paul Cox; his father Edgar Thrope Arehart (Bud); and his sister Debbie Arehart Cox. He was also cherished by Fourteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many neices and nephews.

“So sad to hear of mike's passing. I remember him returning from his mission. I had just graduated from high school. He was kind of the natural leader of our group of singles. He was so much fun to be around. I remember he taught us songs in (i think it was) german. We hiked all over the moab area as a group that summer. He had us out and about and doing fun things! We've lost so many from that group, and now mike. My condolences to anne, lenore, ginger and the children and grandchildren.”
