With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Baker (Moab, Utah), born in Grand Junction, Colorado, who passed away on April 5, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John David and Edith Van Cleave Baker; his wife Shirley; his son Gary David; his siblings, Bart, Dewey and Arleen Whitbeck; and his daughter-in-law Mary O'Neal Baker.
He is survived by: his sons, Ed Baker (Sally) of Parachute, CO and Stan Baker (Chris); his sisters, Barbara Drapeau of Denver, CO, Evlyn Williams of Macon, MO, Helen Baysinger of Craig, CO, Reba Baysinger of Milliken, CO, Dorothy Thiele of Sterling, CO and Verda Kerby; his brother-in-law Swanny Kerby; and also, Dave Ranch, Watley Ranch and Moab. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
