He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thyrill Hawks and Leona Black; his spouse Percilla Stewart (Campbell); his children, Marcie Carter (Kevin) of Kaysville, Utah, Tim Stewart of Moab, Teressa Lammert (Skeet) of Moab, Tammy Jackson (Bill) of Moab, Debi of Moab and Shelley Hawks of Moab; his siblings, Kay Hawks (Barbara), Ralph Hawks (Marylin), Gwen Grant, Merlene Dalton (Darrell), Sharon Woodruff (Jay), Kathy Martineau (Tony) and Carol Sommerville (Tom); his cousin Bob Hawks; his mother-in-law Lavada Casey; his former wife Sue; his siblings, Raymond, Stanley and Gerry Sly; and his granddaughters, Katy Casey Carter and Chloe Nichole Sims. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
