He is survived by: his children, Achrista, Zack, Chelsy, Kyrie and Kamryn; his brothers, Clayton, Cory, Dustin and Jake; and his stepsiblings, Jennifer, Tionna and Ryan. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
