He is survived by: his children, Tanya Seely (Jeff), Natalie Jenson (Bruce) and Howard Carroll (Jamie Tibbitts); the parents of children, Sandy, Kylie Provost (Scott) and Taylor Carroll (Jess); his siblings, Howard Carroll (Mary) and Kathy Cropper (Gaylen); and also Stephanie. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.
