He was predeceased by: his father Edward Ray; and his daughter Cheyanna Sibley. He is survived by: his mother Betty Louise Robbins Carter; his wife Camille Carter; his siblings, Bart Carter (Kelli), Greg Carter (Carrie), Roger Carter (Stephanie), Dallan Carter (Deborah), Raylene Long (Jeff) and Sheralyn Hopkinson (Todd); and his children, Cory Carter (Staci), Kevin Sibley (Sarah) and Chalys Alger (Lance). He is also survived by his 8 grandkids and many nieces and nephews.
