She was predeceased by: her siblings, Elma Rae (Horrocks), Robert Kohler and Paul Kohler. She is survived by: her siblings, Elmer and Eva Kohler of Midway; her spouse Dale; and her children, David, Eric, Brett and Heather. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
