He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Olsen. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda, Megan and Melissa; his father Lorenzo Olsen; his siblings, Debbie, Rodney and Roland; and the mother of his children Melanie. He is also survived by his three daughters, six grandchildren.
