He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Teerlink; his wife Shari; his children, Jeffrey (Rina), Jonathan Joseph (EddisLynn), James (Nicole), Jason and Sara (Micah Pullins); and his sisters, Carolyn Hillam and Nancy Jones.
