He was predeceased by: his parents, Ren Provost and Marjoria Crook Provost; his son Eric; and his grandson Lane. He is survived by: his wife Susan Thomas; his children, Ann Provost (Dennis Hall) and Jon Provost (Connie); and his siblings, LaRen Provost (Patti), Paul Provost (Tania), Marjean Garowski (Gary) and Clair Provost (Chalise). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and spouses, 18 great grandchildren, 3 great- great- grandchildren.
