She was predeceased by: her parents, Easton Blake and Barbara Lee Hunt Blake; her parents-in-law, Werner and Grace; and her nephews, Daniel, Spencer and Bryce.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Werner Moeller; her children, Annamarie Spencer (Eric), G. Anthony (Kristie), Melinda, Micah (Heidi), Marissa Brown (Brandon) and Adam (Merri); her grandchild Jayden; and her siblings, Gilbert (Joye), Lauralee "Lolly" (Glenn), Barlow (Kristy), Leslie (Ed), Lani (Ma'afu) and Leeann (Ropate). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Following the State of Utah's mandate on facial coverings, face masks are required at all public gatherings. Social distancing will be enforced.
