He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Kohler and Phyllis Kohler; and his brother Phillip. He is survived by: his wife Caralee Kohler; and his children, Russel (Heather), Whitney (Dal), Heather (Spencer), Amber (Chad) and Alyssa (Dustin). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
