He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Simmons and Nettie May Prescott Simmons; his siblings, Dale Simmons and Rita Andreason (Elmer); his sons, Stanley Gene Simmons and Michael Albert Simmons; his son-in-law Dennis Ricks; his grandchildren, Angela Priest and John Priest; and his great great grandchild Jaxson Torres.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean McKenzie; his children, Mark Simmons, Keith Simmons (Marsha) of Blackfoot, ID, Blaine Simmons of Francis, UT, Karma Ricks of Francis, UT and Sandra Priest (Dell Ray) of Shelley; his daughter-in-law Kay Simmons of Francis, UT; and his sister-in-law Loella Simmons of Francis, UT.. He is also survived by 41 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren.
