He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard Franklin Palmer and Mary Winifred Greenfield; his son James Todd Palmer; his siblings, Judy, Colleen, John and Denise; and his son-in-law Kelly Sondrup (Suzanne).
He is survived by: his grandson David; his sisters, Shauna and Trina; and his children, Suzanne, Janet, Angelique (Michael) and David (Stephenie).
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Midvale City Utah Cemetery (471 6th Ave, Midvale, UT 84047).
