He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Lee and Louanna Kaye Cuch; and his sister Ilena Wyasket. He is survived by: his brothers, Jamie Wyasket (Kristy Butler) and Ottumn Lee (Carlos Alcantara). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
