She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Kelsey and Betty Allsop Kelsey; and her siblings, Robert and Eddie. She is survived by: her siblings, Paul and Laura; her grandsons, Kevin and Levi; her close friends, O'rion and Scooter; and her children, Amy Relf-Jarman (Jared), Katie Alvey (James), Kevin Relf and Levi Kelsey (Erin).
