He was predeceased by: his daughter Stephanie; his parents, Alvin Foulger and Betty Foulger; and his grandmother Vesta Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Foulger; his children, Bonnie Foulger and Bobby Foulger (Missy); his sister Joyce Seay; and his grandchildren, Rowan, Aurora, Brock and Abigail.
