He was predeceased by: his sons, Dwight and Ray Durfey; his parents, George Lawrence Durfey and Clea King Durfey; his siblings, Clem, Karnell, Scott Durfey, Renon Durfey, Lois Baker, Edra Gutke and LaWana Jones; and his daughter-in-law Shanna Christensen Durfey.
He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Melvin Durfey, John Durfey, Carl Durfey (Raelyne), Gordon Durfey (Lorrie) and Diana; and his brother Larry Durfey. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
