It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rulon Reed Rands of Midvale, Utah, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his caregiver Barbara Adele Lowry Rands; his children, Douglas Rands (Jacie), Donald Rands (Mara), Sharon Ellis (David), Laurie Bradley (Richard), Kenley Rands (Tammy) and Kristi Rands; and his wife Barbara. He was also cherished by twenty grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
