It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine Cook (Midvale, Utah), who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron H. Parker and Lena Bishop Parker; her son Ralph Cook; her great grandchildren, Dylan Egbert and Raxton Slane; and her siblings, Harold Parker and Lenore Parker Vanderlindon.

She is survived by: her husband K. Stanley Cook; her children, Donna King of Magna, UT, Rachel Cook of Wellsville, UT, Diane Coffman (Perry) of LaGrange, KY, Gordon Cook (Meriann) of Saratoga Springs, UT, Lori Landon (Michael) of Manti, UT and Gary Cook (Julie) of North Ogden, UT; her close friend Stan; and her caregiver Maxine. She is also survived by Mom encouraged and supported her children and grandchildren.
