She was predeceased by: her parents, Rulon Lavern Mugleston and Velma Florence Jackson; her husband Lawrence R. Cooke; her stepmother Alice Marie Mugleston; her siblings, William Rulon Mugleston, Elizabeth Pearce and Katherine Troyer; and her granddaughter Lyndi Ann Cooke.

She is survived by: her son Rick Cooke (Paula West); and her sister Janet Jeppsen (Gus).
