She is survived by: her husband Del Ballard; her sons, Brian (Paige) and Scott (Joni); her grandchild Linzie Horton (Jacob); her sons, Brenden (Rebecca), Kelsey and Chandler; and her brothers, John (Diane) and Robert J. (Bisi).
Preceded in death by a grandson, Logan Ballard; parents; sister, Donna Hill and brother-in-law, Max Hill; and brother, George J. and sister-in-law, Carolyn Louise Parkinson.
