She was predeceased by: her father Keith McPhie; her brother Craig McPhie; and her brother-in-law Ron Timmons. She is survived by: her mother Karma McPhie of Magna; her former husband Ron Chaplin of Tooele; her spouse Jesse Gallegos of Murray Utah; her sister Karma Lee Timmons; and her children, Buck Chaplin (Jamie), Suzette Rydalch (Bryan) and Dixie ShyAnn Tuttle (Jesse). She is also survived by her eight grandchildren.
