He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Phelps; his children, Ryan (Barbra), Liz (Shawn), Katie (Mike) and Annie (Dan); and his grandchildren, Anna (Tyler), Erin, Mikey, Ethan, Jenna (Jarius), Rachel, Holly, Matthew, Mason, Allie, Titan, Charlie and Sydney.
