He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Prentice Capps and Elaine Pack Capps. He is survived by: his wife Susan McMillan; his children, Michael (Keeyla), Thomas (Sarah), Allison (Brett), Stephen (June) and Jonathan (Erin); and his sisters, Dawna Davison and Sherry Palmer.
