He is survived by: his former wife Mary Joyce McLelland; and his children, Mike Emery (Star), Dave Emery (Patti), Rick Emery (Althea), Kathy Backus, Kerry Emery, Karen Higgs, Karla Moser and Brother Gale. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren 42 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
