With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Rubalcava of Midvale, Utah, who passed away on September 20, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Laris Bustillos and Francisco Rubalcava; his siblings, Chano Rubalcava, Katie Cisneros, Bella Galvan, Elvera Flores and Irene Leyva; his wife Rachel Villalobos; and his son John.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Frankie, Mathew, Christina, Victoria, Alli and Anthony; his children, Jackie M. Pendleton (Bill Jr.) and Frank J. Rubalcava Karen Rubalcava (John); his siblings, Lydia Rodriguez (Jesus) and Joe Bustillos (Melody); and his pet Poncho III.
Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services at Midvale City Cemetery at 12:00 p. m. Please be respectful with social distancing.
