With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Joy Blake (Midvale, Utah), who passed away on November 1, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her close friend Olivia; her husband William Robert Blake; her sons, Robert Eugene (Colette Jelineo) and Randall Evan (Colleen Sullivan); and also Sherry Lynn Yanacheak (Norman).
In lieu of flowers, Evelyn would have loved a donation to the Utah Animal Advocacy, where Olivia lived before being adopted by Evelyn.
