He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Marks and Edith Marks; and his siblings, Harvey Marks, Margaret Norris (Jerry) and Larylee Marks.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Marks; his children, Joyce Harris (Brett), Jackie Lister and Jonathan Marks; his grandchildren, Christian Ford, Michael Waters (Jaimy), Tylar Turner, Chandler King, Bailey Headrick (Jaelin), Samantha Lister, Daniel Harris, Cameron King, Brandon Harris (Dorothy), Alycia Harris (Kaylee) and Jonathan Marks Jr. Eugene; and his great grandchildren, Ezra, Ezekiel Waters and Jaeliah Barajas.
