Pham; his sons, Hung Pham (Lindsay), Tony Pham and Donny Pham; his grandchildren, Archer and Cecilia; his sister Mai Thornhill (William); his nieces and nephews, Joyce Thornhill and Del Thornhill (Melissa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Myah and Kyla; his sister-in-law Nhon Le (Tam); and his nieces and nephews, Trinh Lee (Brett), Cindy Nguyen (Quyen), Michael Le (Kim), Tru Le (Hazel) and David Le (Co). He was also cherished by other cousins, great nieces, and nephews.
