He is survived by: his former wife Virginia Stover; his children, Lesley Whitewater (Barry) of Coppell, TX, Brian Foster (Jennifer) of Tulsa, OK and Kimberly Harmon (Greg) of Tulsa, OK.; his wife Fran Miller; and his brothers, David Foster of Miami, OK, Bob Foster (Linda) of Moore, OK and Paul Foster (Carrie) of Norman, OK. He is also survived by his three children and five grandchildren.
