He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lee Templin; his daughters, Mindy Densley and Heidi Lins (Jeff); his grandchildren, Avery, Kenzie, Ian, Porter, Macks, Simon, Jacob, Bethany and Piper; his siblings, Steve Densley (Cheryl) and Sharon Sugaya; and his sister-in-law Elaine Densley.
