He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mullen and Beverly Mullen; and his brother Scot. He is survived by: his brother Randy; his spouse Brandie Hoopiiaina-Mullen; his children, Codie (Jones), Candace Russell (Jones) and Jeremy; and his daughters-in-law, Shelby, Aubrie and Rene.
